A deposit equal to one night plus taxes will be charged at the time reservations are made and it will be applied to guest stay. The deposit is refundable as long as the reservations are cancelled at least 72 hrs prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

Package Handling Policy

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to offer late checkouts based on availability. Checkouts after 4pm will be charged the best available rate for the night.

Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Age Requirement Policy
Guest must be 18 years or older with valid identification to reserve a room.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid American Express credit card and photo identification. There is a limit of $100 per day.
We accept dogs (80 pounds of less) as well as cats. If there is excessive damage that requires repairs or additional deep cleaning, the guest is liable for cleaning and repair costs.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms can be requested and are subject to availability on the day of arrival. Hotel features a limited number of rooms with one king bed that connect to rooms with two double beds.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their scheduled departure date. Guests will be asked to confirm their departure date upon check-in.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Parties in guest rooms are not allowed. We ask that non-registered guests curtail their visits by 11pm to ensure quiet for all of our guests. If you are interested in hosting a party or entertainment during your stay, please contact our Banquet and Sales Department.
Pool and fitness center privileges are for registered guests only. Noise is expected to be kept to a minimum at all times.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
