Dogs up to 40 lbs. are allowed. There is a maximum of one dog per room. Dogs must be accompanied by owners at all times. Early Departure Policy
Guests who check out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date will be charged a penalty of $100. The departure date may be changed up until the day of arrival.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

A maximum of one extra bed is allowed in select rooms for a fee. Rollaway beds are one size for adults and children

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
