Credit Card Policy
A valid credit card is required at check-in. Cash and checks will not be accepted to secure room reservations.
All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues after three warnings, guests may be asked to vacate the hotel at management's discretion.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Parlors do not have bedrooms in the suite and require an additional room. Please include a request for a king-bed or double-bed guest room in your reservation.
A damage deposit of 1,250 USD will be charged for all suite reservations. The deposit will be refunded once the room has been inspected and found clear of damage after checkout. If there are noise complaints, the deposit will not be refunded. The deposit cannot be used towards room and tax.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older.
A major credit card must be presented at check-in. Cash deposits are not accepted; however, the hotel accepts cash and checks as forms of payment at check-out.
The hotel only accepts third-party payments via wire transfer. Please contact the hotel’s accounting department at (1)(713) 960-8100 at least 5 business days prior to the guest’s arrival. The accounting office is open Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm local time.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
We are not affiliated with any babysitting providers, but our concierge will be happy to provide referrals of licensed and bonded babysitting services in the area.
Checks are not accepted as a form of payment.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed. No other pets are permitted. Hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for additional cleaning and damage caused by their dog.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Hotel does not offer a waitlist.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages.
Letters/Packs - 5 USD
1-10 lbs. - 7 USD
11-20 lbs. - 12 USD
Fees include receiving, securing and storage for up to 3 business days prior to arrival. A storage fee of 10% per day applies past 3 business days.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card's PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.

Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
