We are a dog-friendly hotel. Guests are welcome to bring a canine friend weighing up to 40 pounds. Dogs over 40 pounds may be allowed at the hotel's discretion after a discussion with the General Manager, prior to making the reservation. We are happy to provide a Westin Heavenly Dog Bed, pet welcome kit, and food bowls with mat. Guests are required to sign a pet waiver upon check-in and the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card for additional cleaning and excessive damage caused by their dog. Please note that dogs are the only pets allowed.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

Valid photo identification will be required at check-in, along with a credit card or cash deposit.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee will be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees may be up to 50% of their confirmed length of stay plus tax.
We are a smoke-free hotel. All guest rooms, suites, and public spaces are 100% smoke-free. Under the Breathe Westin® program, registered guests who smoke in a guest room or suite could be liable for an additional fee of $200 so the room can be sufficiently cleaned and ready for the next guest.
The hotel requires a credit card to guarantee all reservations, including packages. Seasonal room rates are based on either single or double occupancy, and are subject to change without notice. We may require a minimum-night stay during holidays or special events. Some packages may not always be available, depending on the season and weather.

The safety and security of our guests and associates is of the utmost importance. The hotel prohibits any person from carrying any firearm in any manner onto the hotel premises, which are private property. Any firearm, whether it is a handgun or a long-barreled gun, carried onto the premises must be surrendered to hotel security for safekeeping. A guest who fails to abide by this policy may be asked to leave the premises.
Exempted from this policy are law enforcement officers and designated military personnel who are on duty and required to carry firearms in the performance of their duties. Civilians, even those who are licensed and permitted to carry a firearm openly under local, state, or federal law, are not exempt from this policy.
Meeting Room Policy
All displays, exhibits, decorations, equipment, musicians/entertainers must enter the Hotel via loading dock. Delivery time must be coordinated with the Hotel in advance. Special ingress and egress, insurance and security requirements may apply in the case of events with décor, sets, special lighting or special sound. Nothing may be attached to the walls and ceilings. A walk-through is to be arranged with a designated person and Hotel representative after the dismantling. You are responsible for obtaining all applicable Fire Marshall approval or permits required for your event. You are also responsible for obtaining all required ASCAP or BMI licenses for entertainment or music performances at your event. Please consult with your Catering and Convention Service Manager prior to finalizing any arrangements.
The hotel has nine guest rooms that meet all local municipal building code requirements for disability accessible rooms.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms should be requested in advance but cannot be guaranteed. The hotel offers connecting Traditional Rooms with one king bed and two double beds.
Guests wishing to use a suite for a private party must obtain prior consent from the hotel General Manager or the catering department.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Extra Bedding Policy
We are happy to provide Heavenly Rollaway Beds free of charge. Rollaways are not available in rooms with two beds.
