In accordance with PCI credit card security policy, any off-site third party paying on behalf of a hotel guest must contact the hotel 72 hours in advance of check-in to indicate the reservation being paid for. Then, a copy of the credit card holder’s state- or government-issued ID must be faxed or emailed to the hotel (please see the Contact Us page). Once this information is received, the hotel will contact the third party and take necessary information over the phone.
The hotel is compliant with federal government regulations for the Americans with Disabilities Act. Room amenities include TDD, close-captioned TV, handrails in bathroom by the bathtub and toilet, lowered toilet seats, roll-in showers, lower door peepholes and handicap parking. Please contact our Whatever/Whenever® service for TDD equipment set-up.
While the sky’s the limit, we do not allow events in our Penthouses. If you’re looking to host an intimate affair, our catering team will assist with fulfilling your every desire for you and 6 of your nearest and dearest guests.
Credit Card Policy
The credit card used for prepaid booking must be presented at check-in. If it is not, the hotel will collect the payment with another credit card.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
Extra Bedding Policy
A maximum of one twin-size rollaway bed per room is available for a daily fee.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
SPG Participation Disclaimer
SPG points cannot be earned at the W Store, Mr. Chow (restaurant), and Wall (lounge).
Guests must be 21 and over to consume alcoholic beverages, with a valid driver's license or passport.
Late Checkout Policy
Guests departing after the checkout time of 11am are subject to a charge equal to one night plus applicable taxes.
Gift Certificate Policy
Reservations using Gift Certificates must be made using the method stated on the Gift Certificate. All requests are based upon availability. The Gift Certificate must be present at check-in.
Early Arrival Policy
To guarantee an arrival prior to the check-in time of 4pm, the previous night must be reserved.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing is allowed with a maximum per day of $50.00 dollars for non-SPG guests and a maximum of $100.00 per day for platinum SPG guests.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are not available.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve and to check into a room.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.
We welcome cats and dogs 40 pounds or less. Guests must sign a waiver upon check-in and will be charged 25 USD per pet per day above the room rate. There is also a non-refundable 100 USD cleaning fee regardless of the length of stay.
ID Requirement Policy
The hotel will accept any government-issued photo ID.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
We require a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club and Carte Blanche) to be presented at check-in. Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount of $250 per evening to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the resort is not responsible for any resulting fees or charges. We do not accept third party authorization forms.
Package Handling Policy
We are happy to accept, hold and ship packages on behalf of hotel guests. The hotel charges no fee for receiving up to five packages per stay; thereafter, a handling fee of 10 USD per package applies. Shipping costs vary based on the sizes and weights of packages.
