For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
A guest may be charged additional fees for extensive cleaning or damage repair beyond the normal cleaning process.

EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus 100 USD to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take 7 to 10 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are not available. Rooms near each other may be requested. The hotel will make every effort to fulfill all requests.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees may be up to one night's room rate plus taxes. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Parties in guest rooms are not allowed. We ask that non-registered guests curtail their visits by 11pm to ensure quiet for all of our guests. All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues after the one warning, guests may be asked to vacate the property at management's discretion.

Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is based upon availability. The following fees will apply. For checkouts up to 1pm a fee of 50 USD will apply. For checkouts between 1pm and 4pm a fee equal to half of the daily rate will apply. For checkouts after 4pm a full day’s rate will apply.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Rooms can accommodate a maximum of four people. Fees apply for extra third and fourth adults. Children 17 years old and younger sleep free in existing bedding when traveling with an adult.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 400 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
