Connecting Room Policy
Guestrooms are available with connecting doors. This arrangement is subject to availability upon your arrival. Please contact Westin Reservations to communicate this request.
We welcome up to two dogs weighing up to 50 pounds per guest room. We also provide an amenity bag, plus a Heavenly® Dog Bed and a polished food and water bowl for your guest room upon request. Dogs cannot be left alone in a guest room at any time. No deposit or extra fees apply. We ask that owners sign a waiver at check-in. Cats are not permitted.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy

Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Early Arrival Policy
Although standard check-in is at 3pm, we understand that travel in today's world can take unexpected turns. The hotel offers a complimentary early check-in, which is subject to availability. Please communicate your travel itinerary with the Front Desk.

Purchase Order Acceptance Policy
Purchase orders are not accepted as a form of payment. A valid credit card is needed to check-in.
Early Departure Policy
Upon arrival, your departure date will be confirmed. There is a fee of $75.00 for departing prior to the confirmed date if the hotel is not notified prior noon on the day of arrival.
Extra Bedding Policy
Only one rollaway bed can be delivered to any room furnished with a king-sized bed. Regrettably, a rollaway bed cannot be arranged for any room already furnished with two double-sized beds. To ensure an uparalleled night's sleep, complimentary extra bedding is available upon your request. All rollaway beds are adult size.
Proper government-issued photo identification is required by the Front Desk for check-in to the hotel.
The hotel does not establish a waitlist in the event that we are fully booked.

Age Requirement Policy
Guests of any age can reserve a room, as long as valid photo identification and a matching credit card are presented at check-in.
The State of California mandates that liquor only be sold or served to persons over 21 years of age. A valid, government-issued proof of identification is required for anyone wishing to be served alcohol at the hotel.
Rooms and Junior Suites with a king bed can accommodate 3 adults. Double bedded rooms and Junior Suites can accommodate 4 adults.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
