Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, parties of any kind are not permitted in any guest rooms or suites. Noise complaints are taken seriously and may result in eviction without compensation. Up to four guests are permitted in a guest room or suite at any one time. Any compensation given to other guests who are disturbed by you or your guests may be charged to your account at the hotel’s discretion.
The hotel operates under the legal regulations of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. Alcohol cannot be served to anyone under the age of 21. Alcohol purchased offsite cannot be brought into the hotel or consumed on the premises.
All guest rooms, suites, and public spaces inside the hotel are 100% smoke-free. A guest who smokes in a guest room or suite will be charged 200 USD for deep cleaning.
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid major credit card must be presented at check-in. To set up payment by a third-party credit card, please call the hotel directly. All credit card authorizations must be received and processed at least three days before arrival. The hotel does not accept same-day credit card authorizations.
ID Requirement Policy
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or government issued proof of age card.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. We are pleased to welcome cats and dogs that weigh 40 pounds or less. The hotel will provide a “pet in room” sign that must be displayed at all times. The pet owner must be present while any member of the hotel staff is in their guest room and pets may not be left unattended. Please note that pets are not allowed in dining venues, and must be on a leash or in a carrier while in public areas. Guests are responsible for any repairs or excessive cleaning fees incurred during their stay.

Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to accommodate early check-in request based on availability. Please make your request as early as possible.
The hotel does not offer a waitlist.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Early Departure Policy
A 125 USD fee will be charged for an early departure prior to the departure date confirmed at check-in. Please note that, regardless of departure date, an entire stay may be charged for certain types of reservations; e.g., third party, pre-paid, and non-refundable.

Extra Bedding Policy
We are pleased to provide a complimentary rollaway bed, subject to availability. One bed maximum is permitted; however, select rooms will not accommodate a rollaway bed.

Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaways, child rollaways, and cribs are included in the cost of the room.
Late Checkout Policy
Standard checkout time is noon. A late departure after 2pm will be charged a half-day’s room rate.
