Check Cashing Policy
Hotel does not accept or cash personal checks. Hotel accepts travelers checks. There is a limit of $50 per day for traveler's checks.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrival is not guaranteed. Guests requesting to arrive prior to our normal 3:00pm (EST) check-in time should call in advance to confirm if the request can be granted.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
One dogs up to 40 pounds is allowed. A 100 USD non-refundable fee will be charged. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Social gatherings are not permitted in guest rooms. A maximum of four people is permitted in a room at any one time. After 10pm, there is a zero-tolerance policy regarding noise on the guest floors. Noise complaints may result in eviction without compensation.
All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues after the second warnings, guest will be asked to vacate the hotel.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
