Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the in-house reservations department or front desk with the guest name, requested dates, phone number and contact information. If waitlist clears, hotel will directly contact the guest directly to proceed with a reservation.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. Early Departure Policy
Guests who check out of the hotel prior to the scheduled departure date verified at check-in will be charged a penalty of $50.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds can only be set up in rooms with a king size bed.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room.
The hotel accepts one dog up to 40 pounds. Pets are only allowed in standard guest rooms. Guests will be required to sign a copy of the hotel’s pet waiver upon registration, and provide the hotel an emergency contact phone number. Pets must be accompanied by a member of your party at all times and may not be left unattended in a guest room.
Pets are prohibited from food and beverage outlets including pool areas. Housekeeping service must be scheduled in advance at a time when the pet will not be in the guest room.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
