A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment of the room, tax and incidentals. If a guest is paying cash, a deposit equal to the room, tax and $75 per day will be collected at check-in.

Direct bill accounts must be set up in advance. Please contact accounting department at least three weeks prior to your need period.
All guests checking in to the hotel are required to show valid, government-issued photo identification as well as a credit card for payment.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms can be requested but are not guaranteed prior to arrival. Rooms with king-size beds have the option to connect to rooms with double beds when available.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaways are available for a fee based on availability and can only be placed in King bedded rooms. Please note our double bedded rooms cannot accomodate a rollaway. Maximum occupancy with a rollaway is 3 people. Please make your request when booking your room. Please contact the hotel for further information.
The hotel does not accept personal checks as payment.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
The maximum occupancy per room is four guests.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date. Guests will be asked to confirm their departure date upon check in.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
All guest rooms, suites, and public spaces inside the hotel are 100% smoke free. In keeping with our Breathe Westin™ program, registered guests who smoke in a guest room or suite will be liable for a $200 fee so the room can be sufficiently cleaned for the next guest.
The hotel accepts dogs weighing up to 40 pounds. Guests must sign an agreement to not leave a pet alone in a room, even in a cage or crate. Service animals that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are welcome at the hotel and are not subject to the policies and restrictions that apply to other animals. Any damage by pets will incur cleaning fees.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
The hotel has 12 guest rooms that meet ADA requirements, including four rooms with roll-in showers. All public spaces are disability accessible.

Early Arrival Policy
Early arrivals prior to the 3pm check-in time are permitted if rooms are available. If rooms are not available, we can store luggage to allow use of the hotel facilities. Requests for late checkout (after 12pm) are subject to availability on the day of departure.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
