Room rates include the accommodation of children (16 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Guests causing noise or disturbances may be contacted by the manager on duty or asked to leave the hotel.

Group reservations may submit a purchase order through the sales and catering office if direct billing has been set up.
Meeting Room Policy
All meeting and conference rooms must be booked through the sales and catering office.
Standard King Rooms can accommodate up to two guests (3 with rollaway bed). Standard Double Rooms can accommodate up to four guests per room.
No open containers or glass are allowed at pool.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Package Handling Policy
The hotel will receive three packages complimentary for registered guests. Any additional packages will incur a handling fee of 10 USD per package. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrival is based upon availability on the day of check-in and cannot guaranteed.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Voucher Acceptance Policy
The hotel will only accept vouchers for contract business which has been approved through the Sales and Catering office.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
Checks are not accepted as payment.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available. Guests can make guaranteed accessible room reservations based on availability. The hotel features wheelchair acess through all entrances. Guests needing special assistance may contact the front desk for additional needs.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift Certificates are issued through the General Manager and/or Director of Sales. Reservations for a Gift Certificate can only be made by calling the hotel directly and presenting Gift Certificate at check-in.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Payment is due upon check-in and can be made by major credit card. Guests paying cash must present credit card for incidentals.
Late Checkout Policy
Guests may request a late checkout of 1pm based upon availability.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking.
Tax Exempt Policy
In order to be tax exempt, reservations must be for an Arkansas based company or organization and present a Tax Exempt form. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Extra Bedding Policy
Extra bedding is available upon request.
Housekeeping will clean rooms daily. For guests wishing not to have their room serviced, a do not service sign must be hung on the door. Guests wishing to particpate in the green initative must have proper signage placed on bedding.
