All guest rooms and inside public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates this policy. Smoking is allowed in the following outside areas: fire pit locations, courtyard, and the swimming pool.
The hotel is compliant with current ADA requirements.
There is no lifeguard on duty in the pool area. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

We welcome service animals, and furry friends under 80 lbs. Complimentary dog pillows and dishes are available upon request to make your pet's stay more comfortable.
Please register your pet and sign a liability waiver at the front desk upon check-in—no deposit is required. Pets may not be left alone in guest rooms, must remain on-leash at all times in public areas, and are not permitted in food and beverage outlets.
Early Departure Policy
A guest may change a reservation’s departure date prior to check-in without incurring a fee. After check-in, a fee of 100 USD will be charged for an early departure.
The hotel does not offer a waitlist.

Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rooms with one king or one queen bed can accommodate one rollaway for a nightly fee. Cribs are available in all rooms on a complimentary basis. Please contact Guest Services in advance to make arrangements.

Check cashing service is available with a limit of 250 USD per week/stay, with a daily maximum of 100 USD. Guests must present a valid major credit card and photo ID.

Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout can be accommodated for a fee. Checkout between 12-4pm will incur a 50 USD fee; checkout between 4-6pm will incur a 75 USD fee; checkout after 6pm will incur a fee equal to the rate for that night’s stay.

Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Credit Card Policy
Whenever a credit card is used to pre-pay a reservation, that card must be presented to the hotel at check-in. If the guest is not the card holder then a credit card authorization form must be completed and sent to the hotel at least 48 hours before the arrival date.

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
