Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Our pool is open daily. Children under 18 are welcome with adult supervision. We do not allow food or beverages in the pool area.
Late Checkout Policy
Late check out is subject to availablity and may include a fee. Guests checking out after 5pm will be charged an additional night's fee plus taxes.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Through our Breathe Westin™ initiative, we've eliminated smoking throughout the hotel, keeping the air you breathe free of secondhand smoke and pollutants. A $200 cleaning fee will be assessed to those who smoke in guest rooms.
Checks are accepted with proper identification and hotel approval. We do not offer check cashing services at the hotel.

Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
The hotel does accept pets that weigh 40 pounds or less. Pets are not allowed in the food and beverage areas. Guests must sign a waiver upon arrival at the hotel and will be responsible for damage and any additional cleaning that is required.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy

Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.

We are happy to accommodate early arrivals when possible, but these cannot be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability.

Guests checking out prior to the departure date on their reservation will be charged one night's room fee plus taxes.
