Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.

Credit Card Policy
Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization amount will be a minimum of $200. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. The remaining amount will be returned to your bank, who will return the funds to your account. Processing time varies by bank. Please note that cash or debit security deposits will not be accepted.

Check Cashing Policy

All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If a noise complaint is reported, a warning will be issued to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues after the first warning, guests may be asked to vacate the premises at management's discretion. Damage deposits will be used to offset any discounts provided to other guests due to the noise caused.
Cash and debit cards are not accepted for security deposits. Guests may pay for their stay using cash or debit at checkout, provided a valid credit card has been provided for the security deposit at check-in.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
