Alcohol can only be consumed in guest rooms or other licensed areas of the hotel. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in unlicensed public areas.
Parties in guest rooms are not allowed. We ask that non-registered guest curtail their visits by 10pm to ensure quiet for all of our guests. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guests room. If the noise or disturbance continues, guests may be asked to vacate the premises at managements discretion. If you are interested in hosting a party or entertaining during your stay, please contact our Banquet / Sales department.
Swimming pool use is for registered guests only. No food or beverages are permitted in the pool area.

For security purposes, registered guest's must present a valid government issued photo identification at check-in. Additionally, government rates require valid government issued identification at the time of check-in to qualify for discounted rates. Corporate negotiated rates require valid company ID, or if on contract with a specific company, an original letter on company letterhead is required upon check-in.
For the health and wellness of all our guests, the hotel offers a 100% smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and all hotel public areas, except in designated outdoor areas. A 250 CDN cleaning fee per day will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Pets that weigh up to 45 pounds are allowed at the hotel. The hotel reserves the rights to designate specific floors and guest rooms for pets, and to charge a guest for cleaning or repairs.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your entire stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals and deposit. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged.
