Gift Certificates may be purchased in any dollar value OR for a specific purpose (i.e. room and tax charges).
The original certificate must be presented at the time of check-in and the value will be applied to the reservation.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are limited and based on availability. Please be sure to add the request at the time of the reservation. The hotel team will do their best to accommodate requests based on hotel availability.
All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If a noise complaint is reported, a hotel official will issue a warning to the offending guest room. If the noise or disturbances continues, the guest may be asked to vacate the room at management's discretion and will incur financial responsibility for the guest room.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
The hotel is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. ADA compliant guest rooms are available with both a king bed or 2 queen beds. Rooms have spacious bathrooms which include both a roll-in shower as well as a low-edge tub.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed. No other pets are permitted.
The Westin Heavenly Dog program includes a Westin Heavenly® Dog Bed, welcome kit, food & water bowls and floor mat. Dogs must be kept under control and on a leash at all times. There is no fee for the dog; however, charges may apply in the event of damage to the room.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds can be requested for an additional fee in King bedded rooms only. Rollaway beds will not be added to rooms which have existing double beds due to fire safety standards.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Check Cashing Policy
The front desk will cash personal checks for Starwood Preferred Guest Gold and Platinum Preferred Members only, up to $300.00 per stay (not per day) with valid identification. Other conditions may apply.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
In addition, all reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card and the card must be presented at check-in.
