Connecting Room Policy
A limited number of connecting rooms are available. Please contact the hotel directly at (1)(972) 385-3000 to request connecting rooms.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
In an effort to create a peaceful environment for all of our guests, please be advised that parties of any kind are not permitted in any of our guest suites or rooms. Noise complaints are taken very seriously and may result in eviction without compensation. A maximum of 4 guests are permitted in a suite or guest room at any one time. Any compensation given to guests disturbed by you or your guests may be charged to your account at the hotel’s discretion.
We welcome cats and dogs 40 pounds or less. Guests must sign a waiver upon check-in. There is also a non-refundable 50 USD cleaning fee regardless of length of stay.
Keep pet on a leash or in a carrier while in public areas.
Keep pet out of all Food & Beverage areas.
Always be present while any member of the Hotel staff is in the room.
Notify the Front Desk when leaving the pet unattended in the guest room.
Prevent noise or any other disturbance by the pet.
Pay for any additional cleaning bills or repairs should they be required.

We are a smoke-free hotel. All guest rooms, suites, and public spaces inside the hotel are 100% smoke-free. Under the Breathe Westin® program, registered guests who smoke in a guest room or suite will be liable for an additional fee of $200 USD so the room can be sufficiently cleaned and ready for the next guest.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid major credit card must be presented at check-in. To set up payment by a third-party credit card, please email email@example.com or call accounting at (1)(972) 851-2032. All credit card authorizations must be received at least three days prior to arrival. The hotel does not accept same-day credit card authorizations.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
The hotel operates under the legal regulations provided by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. We are not permitted to serve alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21, nor can we allow the consumption of any alcoholic beverages that are not purchased on our premises (liquor cannot be brought in from outside the hotel).
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Early Departure Policy
There will be a $50 charge for an early departure prior to the departure date confirmed at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
Late departures after 2pm will be charged at a half day's rate.
The hotel offers 25 guest rooms that meet all local municipal building code requirements for accessible rooms.

Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available in all rooms except those with two double beds. Fee applies.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
