Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy

Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
A dog that weighs up to 40 pounds is allowed in a guest room. A dog that weighs more than 40 pounds may be allowed at the hotel’s discretion. Please talk with the General Manger before making a reservation.
A guest must be present while a member of any hotel staff, such as housekeeping or engineering, is in the room. Room cleaning must be scheduled in advance for a time when the dog is not in the room or when the owner is present.
A dog cannot be left unattended in a room and must be with an owner or a designated individual at all times. Dogs are never allowed in food and beverage areas, including the pool area. Every dog must be on a leash or in a carrier while in any other public area.
At check-in, a dog owner must sign a form agreeing to the hotel’s terms and conditions. All dog owners will be held financially responsible for any repairs, cleaning expenses, and professional handling charges incurred by their pets. Please consult the front office manager for more information.
