Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $100 per day.
Dogs and cats up to 40 pounds are allowed. Guest must sign a waiver at check-in. The pet must be accompanied by an owner and be on a leash or in a crate at all times. Pets may not be left in the guest room without an owner present. A waiver must be signed at check-in. Guests are responsible for repairs if damage is discovered or if deep cleaning is required. If necessary, the credit card on record will be charged.
The Westin St. Louis is 100% non-smoking. There is a $250 penalty for smoking the smoke-free guest rooms.
Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
A guest may be charged additional fees for extensive cleaning or damage repair beyond the normal cleaning process.
There is no pool on site.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. We will make every effort to honor these requests. A majority of our connecting rooms consist of two 2 Deluxe rooms (both with 2 queen beds) or a Deluxe with two queen beds and a Premium with two queen beds. Please submit requests at the time of reservation.
