Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are allowed. No other animals are permitted.
A guest room’s maximum occupancy is four people, not including the space required for a crib. Cribs are subject to availability.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification). Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in, or around the pool area.

Connecting rooms are available by request, but cannot be guaranteed.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Personal checks are not accepted.

Rollaway beds are available upon request, but are limited and cannot be guaranteed.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
The hotel complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act. ADA-compliant guest rooms are available, as are a wheelchair and TTD equipment. For assistance, please contact the front desk.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A fine of 250 USD will be charged for smoking. Additionally, smoking or usage of cannabis in a guest room will result in immediate eviction from the hotel, as well as a cleaning fee of 250 USD that will be charged to the registered guest’s credit card.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (16 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees may be up to 100% of their confirmed length of stay.
It is important to us that every guest stay is a rewarding and peaceful one. Maintaining a quiet and sleep-conducive environment on guest floors is our highest priority. Our hotel maintains a "Quiet Policy" effective at 10:00PM each night. For this reason, we handle noise complaints in the following manner:
Upon the first noise complaint, we will issue a warning to the registered guest.
If there is a second complaint, everyone but the registered guest will be required to leave the room and the guest floor.
In the event of a third complaint, the registered guest will be required to vacate the property. Room and tax will be non-refundable.
A valid credit card or cash deposit with credit card verification is required at check-in.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
