Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Early Arrival Policy
Please advise guest to call the hotel directly to request an early check in. Approval is based on the number of rooms occupied the night prior and set to depart.
Aaahhh…breathe easy! We're a 100% smoke-free environment. So please follow our no-smoking rules—there's a 200 USD fine for anyone lighting up inside the hotel.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Cash deposits are not accepted at check in. Guests are required to provide identification and valid credit card at check in. Cash will be accepted as final payment at checkout. Third Party payments are not accepted without a pre-approved Third Party authorization form which must be completed and approved prior to arrival.
Late Checkout Policy
Check out time is 12pm (noon) on the day of departure. Late checkouts are based on availability and requests can be made by calling the Front Desk prior to this time. A fee may will be accessed if a request/approval is not made and guest has not departed by 12pm.
For any unauthorized departures after 4pm, a fee of one night's Room & Tax will be charged to the credit card on file.
The hotel does not allow any outside alcoholic beverages on property.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
The hotel will cash personal checks for SPG Gold members and above, with valid identification. Other conditions may apply.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds cannot be confirmed prior to arrival and are subject to availability at check-in. Each adult rollaway will incur a nightly fee plus tax. Some guest rooms may not be able to accommodate a rollways bed.
All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues after multiple warnings, guests may be asked to vacate to property at management's discretion.
Parties in guest rooms are not allowed. If you are interested in hosting a party or entertaining during your stay, please contact our Sales Department.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Connecting Room Policy
Traveling together with family or friends? Many of our Aloft rooms can be connected. Make sure to ask when you reserve and we'll do our best to set you up, as availability permits.

Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Gift Certificate Policy
To redeem a gift certificate, please provide the gift certificate number at the time of reservation. Additionally, gift certificates must be presented to the Front Desk at check in.
Early Departure Policy
The Front Desk requires notification of desire for early checkout at time of check in. Failure to notify the Front Desk at time of check in will result in an early departure fee equal to one night room rate plus tax.
