Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid photo identification.
Mandatory Destination Fee Policy
Standard room rates do not include the hotel’s mandatory destination fee of 25 USD per room per night, plus local and state taxes. This destination fee includes:

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available upon request basis only and cannot be guaranteed. Connecting rooms are available between king and double beds within the same room type (Traditional, Deluxe, Premium Deluxe, and Grand Deluxe rooms). Please note, wheelchair accessible rooms can only connect to the Grand Deluxe rooms. Connecting rooms are limited for suites. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Package Handling Policy

Pets up to 40 pounds are allowed. Complimentary Westin Heavenly Dog Bed® is provided. Guests must sign a waiver form upon arrival.
