Check cashing services are not available. An ATM is available within the hotel should a guest need to withdraw money.
Extra Bedding Policy
One rollaway can be accommodated in suites only, subject to availability and upon request. Rollaway beds will incur an additional nightly fee.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. The hotel will do its best to accommodate a request for connecting rooms at check-in. Two Spectacular Rooms, each with one king-size bed, can connect to each other. A Marvelous Suite can connect to a Fabulous Room with two queen beds.
Gift Certificate Policy
All gift certificate reservations must be booked directly with the hotel’s Executive Office or through the number listed on the certificate by the expiration date. Gift certificate acceptance is based on room availability and subject to blackout dates.
One pet weighing 40 pounds or less is permitted in a guest room. Guests must sign a waiver upon check-in and will be charged a non-refundable 100 USD cleaning fee and 25 USD per day above the room rate. Guests must notify the Welcome Desk when leaving a pet unattended in a guest room for any duration.
Early Departure Policy
We’re happy to accommodate early departures upon request. However, prepaid reservations will be charged an early departure fee equal to 100% of the reservation. Reservations made through a third party must consult the third party on their early departure policy. Reservations made using a rate with a 24 hour cancellation policy will be charged one night's room rate plus applicable taxes.

The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available. Standard ADA rooms do not feature roll-in showers. Some Marvelous Accessible King Suites feature roll-in showers.
Early Arrival Policy
Standard check-in time is 4pm, and early check-in cannot be guaranteed. In the event that a room is unavailable, the hotel will gladly check your luggage until your room becomes available.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
The hotel does not accept any form of third party billing. All guests are required to present a credit card that is in their name and valid photo identification at check-in. This policy applies to all reservations including prepaid rooms. For prepaid rooms, the credit card used to make the reservation must present at check-in along with the cardholder.
Late Checkout Policy
All late checkouts are subject to availability and the prevailing rate of the day.
Guests must be 21 and over to consume alcoholic beverages, with a valid driver's license or passport. Please note that hotels in California are required by law to stop serving alcohol at 2am.
A deep-cleaning fee of at least 250 USD will be charged for any damage to a guest room or public area.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Credit Card Policy
Guest's must provide a valid credit card upon check in. An authorization for 1.5 times the room rate, with a minimum authorization of 500 USD regardless of rate, will be held on the card throughout the stay. Cash will not be accepted at this time; however, guests may choose to pay with cash upon checkout.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus $500 to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
