Guests must be 21 years or older with valid photo identification to reserve a room or check in.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $100 per day.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available upon request, for a daily fee, and only in guest rooms containing one king or queen bed. Extra beds cannot be added to rooms with two double or queen beds due to space and fire code. Requests for extra beds are not guaranteed. Please request the rollaway bed in advance through reservations or through guest services upon arrival.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee. Packages can be received at our FedEx Business Center located on the lobby level.
All direct billing must first be approved through our Credit Manager.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date. Guests will be asked to confirm their departure date upon check-in.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.

Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Credit Card Policy
The hotel is unable to accept credit card authorization forms for individual stays and non-corporate group bookings. Guests may request an electronic credit card authorization form for corporate group and corporate individual bookings only up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Electronic credit card authorization forms will not be accepted within 72 hours of arrival.
Dogs up to 50 pounds and service dogs are allowed. No other pets are permitted. Dogs may not be left unattended. A waiver must be signed at check-in. The Heavenly® Dog Bed is available upon request. Please contact the hotel directly for boarding options.
To maintain a quiet and sleep-conducive environment, the hotel has a zero tolerance policy regarding noise on guest floors and in guest rooms. Disruptive guests and/or parties may be asked to leave the hotel at the discretion of our Security team. If evicted, the registered guest will not be refunded and may be liable for any compensation given to other guests due to disturbance.
