Payment by personal check must be received at least two weeks prior to guest's arrival. Personal checks are not accepted at check-in; however, guests may pay using travelers checks.
Check cashing services are available to Starwood Preferred Guest Platinum members who present a valid major credit card and government-issued photo identification. There is a limit of 100 USD per stay.
Extra Bedding Policy
Upon request, a crib can be provided in any guest room. Each Traditional Room and Deluxe Room with a king-size bed contains pull-out sofa bed. Rollaways are not available.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
For security purposes, a valid, government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver's license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 5-7 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
The hotel does not offer a waitlist.
Late Checkout Policy
We make every effort to accommodate late checkouts upon request, subject to availability. For checkout before 5pm, 50% of one night's room rate will apply. Checkouts after 5pm will incur a fee of one night's room rate.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
We welcome dogs weighing 40 pounds or less. Guests are required to sign a pet waiver upon check-in, in addition to paying a 50 USD non-refundable deposit, per pet per day. If there is damage to the room that exceeds 50 USD, the guest is responsible for additional charges at checkout.
Early Departure Policy
Please be advised that a fee of one night's room rate plus taxes will be charged to guests checking out prior to their scheduled departure date that is confirmed at check-in. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.
Parties are not allowed in any of the hotel’s accommodations. A gathering that exceeds the maximum occupancy of a guest room or suite is defined as a party. If the hotel receives a complaint about noise or a party, authorities will be called, and all occupants will be evicted from the hotel.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package-handling fee for all inbound and outbound packages. All packages are handled by the on-site UPS store. Guest’s name must be on each package. Packages received without the guest’s name will be returned to sender.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificate reservations are subject to availability and must be booked through in-house hotel reservations directly. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.
In keeping with our Breathe Westin® initiative, all guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Tax Exempt Policy
Guests seeking tax exemption are required to show a government-issued ID and New York State tax exemption form. Tax exempt guests must pay with a corporate credit card.
Mandatory Destination Fee Policy

Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms may be provided based on availability, but cannot be guaranteed. A Traditional Room with double beds can connect to a Deluxe Room with a king-size bed, and some Deluxe Rooms can connect to Suites. For more information, please contact the hotel directly.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
