Guests checking into the hotel are required to present a credit card at check-in. Cardholder must be present. We do not accept personal checks as payment, nor do we accept cash at check-in. However, we are happy to accept cash as payment upon departure if a guest so desires.
Dogs that weigh up to 50 pounds are allowed at the hotel for a fee of 50 USD plus tax per dog per stay. A dog cannot be left unattended in a guest room and must be on a leash or in a carrier while in public areas. Dogs are not allowed in dining venues, the fitness center, the pool area, or meeting rooms.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of the stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by the bank or financial institution. The hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Age Requirement Policy
All registered guests must be 21 years of age or older with valid photo ID to reserve and check-in to a guest room.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Late Checkout Policy
Checkout time is 12pm. Late checkout is subject to availability and the following fees:
2:00 PM Checkout will incur a fee of 50% of the nightly room charge.
4:00 PM Checkout will incur a fee of 100% of the nightly room charge.
Early Arrival Policy
While we are unable to guarantee early check-in, we will do our best to accommodate requests based on availability.

Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available on a limited basis and are not guaranteed. Please request connecting rooms in advance.
Parties in the rooms are not allowed. We ask that non-registered guests curtail their visits by 11pm to ensure quiet for all of our guests. If you are interested in hosting a party or entertaining during your stay, please contact our Sales department. Pool and fitness center privileges are for registered guests only. Noise is expected to be kept to minimum at all times. All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If a noise compliant is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues after three warnings, guests may be asked to vacate the hotel at management's discretion.
Hotel is 100% non-smoking, designated smoking areas are available outside of the hotel. There is a 250 USD penalty fee for smoking in hotel rooms or public areas.
