Guests checking out prior to their scheduled departure date are subject to a 75 USD fee.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates smoking policy. Under Maryland law, you may smoke outside of the building, 15 feet from any entrance.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification). Consumption of alcoholic beverages brought on premises by guest is limited to guest rooms only. The hotel follows all applicable county and state laws.
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
All guests will be required to present a valid ID and credit card or pay with cash at check-in. Guests paying with cash must prepay upon arrival and are subject to a 50 USD per day incidental deposit.
The hotel has two suites. Please contact the Sales Office directly for suite availability.
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the total amount of your stay plus occupancy tax and 50 USD to cover incidentals. Authorization amount will increase if high incidental activity is detected. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Guests must be 21 years or older to check in to a room.
Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome.
Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be presented upon request.
Guests are responsible for any damages to the room and its contents. The guest’s accommodations will be inspected for such damages prior to checkout. If extensive cleaning or damage repair is necessary beyond the normal deep cleaning process, the guest may be charged additional fees.
Pets may be left unattended in the room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone. Room may not be serviced if the pet is left unattended and out of the carrier.
Pets must be on a controllable leash at all times when outside the guest room.
Guests must walk their pets in designated walk areas and are responsible for picking up after their pet in and around the hotel at all times.
Noise/Disruptive Complaints – barking and noise that is disruptive to other guests in the hotel is not acceptable. The guest may be asked to make alternate arrangements for their pet.
Housekeeping service or other arrangements com be made with hotel management.
