Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card and government-issued photo ID. There is a limit of $50 per day and $150 per stay.

Connecting rooms are offered based on availability, but cannot be guaranteed.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure will incur a fee of one night’s room rate plus tax. Guests can make changes to their reservation at check-in, but an early departure fee will still apply if a guest gives less than 24 hours notice.
We welcome man's best friend. Restrictions and a pet deposit may apply; we ask that owners sign a waiver at check-in. Dogs are not allowed in dining areas or the pool area.
Late Checkout Policy
There is a late checkout fee after 12pm.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Third party credit card payment can be arranged by contacting the hotel directly at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Third party authorization will not be accepted less than 72 hours prior to arrival.
