Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available. Accessible rooms are available for each room type. If one is not available online, it has already been reserved. Please request in the reservation notes the specific need, i.e. hearing impairment, roll-in shower, tub with grab bars, etc. so that we may do our best to accommodate it. The hotel offers shower benches and lifted toilet seats upon request. There is street level access to the lobby, which has elevators that carry passengers downstairs and to all floors.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Early Arrival Policy
An early check-in fee of 50 USD applies to guests wishing to guarantee an arrival time earlier than 3pm and after 10am. Non-guaranteed early arrivals are accommodated based upon room type and availability. Arrivals prior to 10am should reserve a room for the night prior and add notes regarding arrival day and time to guarantee availability.
Gift Certificate Policy
To redeem a gift certificate, the reservation request should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org with the requested dates and the certificate number. Reservations made through any other channel will be denied payment by gift certificate.
An extra person fee of 20 USD will apply to a third and fourth guest. Children 17 years old and younger sleep free in existing bedding when traveling with an adult.
The hotel does not offer check cashing services. Several banks within walking distance can assist guests with banking needs.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
In accordance with Colorado State Law, all guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 420 USD fee will be charged for smoking of any kind in guest rooms.

Guests must be 21 years old or older with valid photo identification to reserve or check-in to a room.
Connecting Room Policy
All Suites have a connecting room. Connecting room configurations include King Suite to King Room and King Room to a King Room. Connecting rooms cannot be guaranteed. However; please add connecting room notes to your reservation and the hotel will do the best to accommodate requests based on availability.
Household pets are welcome at no extra charge. For safety reasons we do not allow pets in our Fireplace Suites. Additionally, guests must provide 2 contact phone numbers to be kept on file. Should a pet cause damage to the room, or require a deep cleaning, the fee starts at 400 USD, which includes taking the room out of inventory for 24 hours, steam cleaning upholstery and carpets. Replacement costs for damaged furniture will be billed as charged to the hotel.
For the protection of all our guests, a government issued photo identification and valid credit card in the name of the registered guest is required at check-in. Registered guests of the hotel must be 21 years of age.
In compliance with Denver's liquor license laws, only alcohol sold under the hotel's liquor license can be consumed on property. No outside alcohol can be consumed in any of the hotel's public, restaurant, bar, meeting or event spaces.
We are pleased to participate in the Make a Green Choice initiative, which offers $5 in F&B credit or 500 SPG points per eligible stayover night that housekeeping is declined. Please ask the Front Desk during check in, or put the hanger on your door prior to 2am each night for the following day's service.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
Early Departure Policy
An Early Departure Fee of one nights room and tax will be applied for checking out less than 24 hours prior to original departure date, on refundable rate plans. Non-refundable rate plans are charged for the entire stay regardless of change in departure date. Emergency situations should be brought to management's attention.

Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available at a rate of 20 USD per day. In compliance with Denver city fire code, a limit of one rollaway may be placed in Suite room types only.
Late Checkout Policy
Standard check-out time is 12pm. We are pleased to offer a late checkout time of 2pm for an additional fee of 50 USD, based upon availability at time of request. Check out after 2pm and before 4pm will be charged a half day's rate for that night. Check out after 4pm will be charged the full rate for that night.
All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues after the one warning, guests may be asked to vacate the property without refund.
