Package Handling Policy

Dogs up to 80 pounds are allowed. No other pets are permitted. A 100 USD refundable deposit is required at check-in.
Purchase Order Acceptance Policy
Purchase orders are not accepted as a form of payment. A valid credit card is needed to check-in.
Please reserve specialty suites directly through the hotel.
The hotel does not accept a third-party credit card as a form of payment on the same day of a guest’s arrival. Payment via a third-party credit card must be submitted at least three days before arrival. A credit card authorization form must be filled out and sent electronically via Starwood’s secure eCredit Card website.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room.
With the goal of creating a peaceful environment for all guests, please be advised that parties of any kind are not permitted in any of our guest rooms or suites. Nonregistered visitors must exit guest rooms by 11pm. If you are interested in hosting a party or entertaining during your stay, please contact our Banquet and Sales Department.
Noise is expected to be kept to a minimum at all times. Noise complaints are taken seriously and may result in eviction without compensation.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services of $50 per day are available to guests who present valid photo identification.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested. We do not have double beded rooms connecting to double beded rooms. Please contact the hotel directly to request connecting rooms. Please check for availibilty upon arrival with the Front Desk.
Gift Certificate Policy

Late Checkout Policy
A fee of $75 will be imposed on guests checking out between 12pm and 2pm, a half day rate applies between 2pm and 5pm and a full day rate applies after 5pm.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be assessed from damages incurred and will be charged to any guest who violates this policy.
