For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and/or proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
For the comfort of all of our guests, please respect the hotels quiet time from 10 p.m. until 7 a.m. If an excessive noise disturbance is reported by another guest, you may be subject to eviction from the facility.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate guests who would like to checkout after 12pm, upon request and subject to availability. Please note that an additional charge will apply for guests checking out after 2pm.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (16 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
If a natural catastrophe prevents guests from reaching the hotel, fully deposited reservations would be refunded.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Early Arrival Policy
Check-in time is 3pm. Early check-in is subject to availability. Please contact the front desk for availability.
Early Departure Policy
Early departures are allowed at no additional charge as long as the front desk is made aware by 12 noon on the day of departure. Departures after 12 noon are subject to a fee.
All guests checking into the hotel require a valid credit or debit (with Visa or MasterCard logo) card. Cash is also accepted but only with a valid credit card on file for incidentals. In addition the cardholder must be present in order to use the card. ID is required. Please, no checks.

Adults must be present in the pool area, and all trash must be discarded. Additional information and safety guidelines are posted around the pool. Pool towels will be provided on the pool deck; please use bathroom towels only in your guest room. Room service can be ordered from the pool deck, with a menu and a phone by the hot tub.

The hotel conforms to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Seven ADA-compliant guest rooms and suites include options with king-size and double beds and are located near elevators. All public spaces and restaurants are also ADA-compliant, and lifts are available for the pool and hot tub. ADA-compliant parking is available near all guest entrances.
Three ADA kits for hearing-impaired guests are available for rent at the front desk. One wheelchair is available for temporary guest use; please contact the hotel directly to confirm its availability.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Pets are allowed in all first-floor guest rooms, except suites, for a nightly fee of 30 USD, with a maximum of 90 USD per week.
