Credit Card Policy
The hotel does not accept third-party credit card billing for individual travelers. If an individual who will not be present wants to pay for a hotel guest, payment must be made via check or wire transfer. A check must be received at least 10 days prior to the arrival date. The hotel does not accept credit card CCC forms. Please contact the hotel Credit Manager for wire transfer information and verification.
Extra Bedding Policy
Due to fire code regulations, rollaway beds are not allowed in guest rooms with two double beds. Rollaway beds are only permitted in rooms with one king bed.
We offer 29 ADA compliant rooms, featuring a variety of accommodation options to assist all of your needs, including an ADA phone and roll-in shower upon request. Auxiliary visual alarms, notification devices, and telephone accommodations are available. Please indicate these needs when making your room reservation.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Guests must present a valid credit card at check-in, including those who wish to pay with cash at check-in or checkout. Prepaid reservations require that the credit card used for payment is presented at check-in.

Age Requirement Policy
In order to reserve a room, guests must be 18 years or older and provide valid government-issued identification and a major credit card.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
For the comfort of our guests, all guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. In keeping with our Breathe Westin® initiative, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed. Dogs must be accompanied by owner at all times and are restricted from food and beverage areas as well as other areas designated by the hotel. All service animals are allowed.
Connecting Room Policy
Please request connecting rooms—which cannot be guaranteed until check-in—when making your reservation. Rooms with two double beds can connect to other rooms with two double beds; king-bed rooms can connect to other king-bed rooms; and a few double-bed rooms can connect to king-bed rooms.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Guest rooms may be occupied only by registered guests and may not be used for parties. In the event of a noise complaint or a violation of this policy, guests will be evicted from the hotel without a refund. Guests are responsible for any damage to their rooms.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Early Departure Policy
Guests will be asked to reconfirm their departure date upon check-in. Early departures will result in a fee of one night's room rate plus taxes.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout until 2pm must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. Checkouts after 2pm will incur a $50 fee, while checkouts after 5pm will incur a fee of one night's room rate, plus tax.
