Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.
Alcoholic beverages will not be available through room service between 2am - 11:30am.
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid major credit card and driver’s license. There is a limit of $100 per day.
Early Departure Policy
Guests who check out of the hotel prior to the scheduled departure date will be charged a penalty of one night’s room rate and tax.
One pet weighing up to 40 pounds is allowed in a guest room. A pet must be accompanied by an owner at all times on a leash or in a crate. A pet may not be left in a room without an owner present. A waiver must be signed at check-in. Guests will be responsible for repairs of excess damage or if deep cleaning is required. If damage is discovered after checkout, the credit card on record will be charged.
The hotel is 100% non-smoking. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. Please contact the hotel for further information.
A valid credit card must be provided at check-in for payment of the room, tax and incidentals. Guests paying in cash must provide a deposit at check-in equal to the room, tax and 75 USD per day.
For third-party credit card payment arrangements, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an electronic credit card authorization form. Please be sure to include accurate address information, as this will be confirmed with merchant services. Third-party credit card payments will not be accepted on the day of check-in.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
