Use of hotel meeting rooms must be scheduled in advance and require a signed agreement. Fees apply.
A guest room with two double-size beds can accommodate a maximum of four people; an additional rollaway bed is not permitted. A guest room with one king-size bed can accommodate a maximum of three people with the addition of a rollaway bed. These numbers are based on fire and disaster regulations and fire marshal estimates.
Pets up to 40 pounds are allowed. A one-time 125 USD non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged upon check-in. Guests must sign a waiver at check-in. Pets over 40 pounds may be accepted at the hotel’s discretion. Service animals are exempt from the pet policy.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available upon request at time of arrival for an additional fee per day and cannot be guaranteed. Rollaway beds can only be accommodated in rooms with one king bed. A maximum of one rollaway per room is allowed. Please note, not all rooms can accommodate an extra bed due to fire regulations and maximum occupancy limits for each guestroom.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Late Checkout Policy
Standard checkout is at 12pm. A late checkout may be requested on your day of departure, based on availability. Guests who check out between 12pm and 3pm will be charged 75 USD. Guests who checkout between 3pm and 6pm will be charged a half-day rate. Guests who checkout after 6pm will be charged a full day rate.
The hotel offers ADA-compliant guest rooms equipped with roll-in showers and shower benches. TDD equipment is available for hearing-impaired guests. Wheelchairs can be obtained by contacting the hotel in advance.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel has a limited number of connecting rooms and is not guaranteed. Connecting rooms have one king room that connect to a king room (or suites). The double beds rooms do not connect to other rooms. Connecting rooms are subject to availability upon arrival.

The hotel accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, and Japan Credit Bureau. Cash payments are not accepted as deposits.
To arrange payment by a third-party credit card, please contact the hotel’s accounting department at least seven days prior to arrival. Contact Whatever/Whenever® and a secure credit card link will be sent to you.
The card holder and the credit card used for the deposit must both be present at check-in to validate the initial deposit. Otherwise, a credit will be issued to the card on file, and a new method of payment will be required to guarantee the total cost of the room, taxes, resort fee, and all incidentals for the duration of the stay.
ID Requirement Policy
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
Early Departure Policy
Guests may be able to change their departure date without penalty at the time of check-in, depending on the terms of the rate which they have reserved. Any changes made after check-in will be charged for the entire stay.
All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues, guests may be asked to vacate the hotel at management's discretion.

Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (12 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Smoking is allowed in the nightclubs, lounges, standalone bars that do not serve food, portions of the gaming areas, and exterior designated areas. Smoking is not allowed in W Las Vegas which includes guest rooms, the Living Room, Living Room Bar or restaurants. A deep-cleaning fee of 250 USD will be charged for smoking in standard rooms, 500 USD for smoking in standard suites, and 1000 USD for smoking in luxury suites.
Early Arrival Policy
Standard check-in time for the hotel is 3pm. An early check-in fee of 30 USD may apply to guests checking in before 3pm on their day of arrival, based upon availability and room type reserved.
