Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to Starwood Preferred Guests Platinum and Gold Members only. There is a limit of $50 per stay.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of 75 USD may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room.
Parties in guest rooms are not permitted. All guests must maintain a noise level that is respectful and does not disturb other guests. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues, guests may be asked to vacate the hotel at management's discretion and may not receive a refund.
Guests wishing to pay the bill of another person must submit a clear credit card authorization form. This form of payment is not accepted for pre-paid reservations.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.
We are a dog-friendly hotel and are happy to provide a dog-friendly floor. Guests are welcome to bring a furry canine friend weighing up to 40 pounds. Dogs over 40 pounds may be allowed at the hotel's discretion; however, the General Manager's approval is required prior to making a reservation. Guests are required to sign a waiver upon check-in and the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card for additional cleaning and excessive damage caused by their dog. No other types of pets are allowed.
