Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms can be requested. While we try to accommodate all requests, connecting rooms cannot be guaranteed. The following room types can connect:

Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available upon request but are not guaranteed. Rollaway beds cannot be accommodated in double queen rooms.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in.
All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues after two warnings, guests may be asked to vacate the hotel an management's discretion.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrival is subject to availability and cannot be not guaranteed. Luggage storage is available to guests arriving early that are unable to check-in to a room.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Checks are not accepted.

Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to offer late checkouts for a fee, subject to availability.
Pool use is limited to hotel guests only. Guests of all ages are able to use swimming pool located in Westin Workout on third floor. Use of the pool at L27 Rooftop Lounge is limited to guests age 21 and up (with valid ID) after 4pm.
Hotel does not offer a waitlist.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Early Departure Policy
Early departure fees will be assessed in accordance with the reservation's deposit and cancellation policy. Reservations with standard cancellation of 48 hours will result in an early departure fee equal to one night's room and tax. Reservations that are fully prepaid, non-refundable will forfeit any remaining deposit amount.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room and check-in.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Tax Exempt Policy
Tax exempt guests must present valid identification.
Up to two pets are allowed in a guest room. For animals other than cats and dogs, please contact the hotel directly. There are no restrictions on breeds or sizes, but aggressive pets are strictly prohibited, and all pets’ vaccinations must be up to date.
A pet must be well behaved if left unattended in a guest room, and must be supervised on a leash when outside a room. Pets are not allowed in restaurants, fitness centers or on pool decks.
A pet waiver is required at check-in. The hotel does not charge a pet fee; however, a fee of 200 USD may be charged for excessive cleaning as a result of a pet. Damage caused by pet will be assessed at the cost of repair.
