Early Departure Policy
While we are pleased to accommodate early departures upon request, guests will be charged an additional one-night room rate.
Extra Bedding Policy
While we have a very limited number of extra beds, it is our pleasure to offer additional complimentary blankets and pillows upon request. Extra beds are subject to availability and a fee applies. Rollaway beds are one size for adults and children and must be arranged directly with the hotel.
Please present a valid form of photo ID at check-in. Valid IDs include Driver’s Licenses, State-Issue IDs, or Passports. Guests applying for government rates must present two forms of ID at check-in (both a Government ID and second form of ID).
The hotel’s non-smoking policy is strictly enforced. All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 400 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy in any way.

Connecting Room Policy
The hotel is pleased to offer 42 connecting rooms for your convenience. Please make your request as early as possible to ensure availability. Please note that connecting rooms are only available in the following room categories:
Superior King to Superior Double
Deluxe King to Deluxe Double
Landmark Suite to Superior King, Superior Double or Deluxe King
Grand Deluxe Double to Deluxe King or Deluxe Double
Presidential Suite to Deluxe King
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
We are pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests over 21 (with valid identification).
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late check-outs upon request. In the case of a late check-out before 2pm, an additional $50 fee will apply. For check-outs before 3pm, an additional $75 fee will apply. For check-outs after 4pm, a full-night’s rate will apply.
THE US GRANT allows pets that weigh 35 pounds (16 kilograms) or less. A non-refundable pet fee of 150 USD will be charged per room per stay.
Guests are required to sign a liability waiver at check-in. Owners will be held responsible for any damages, additional cleaning bills, and compensation to other guests as caused by pets.
We kindly ask that guests observe the following regulations when traveling with their pets:
A pet must be with an owner or a designated individual at all times, and may not be left unattended in a guest room or suite.
Use a hotel-issued door tag throughout your stay to indicate that a pet is in your room.
Be present while any hotel associate, such as a housekeeping or engineering associate, is in your guest room or suite.
Schedule housekeeping service at a time when you and your pet will be out of your guest room or suite.
Keep your pet on a leash or in a carrier when you are in any of the hotel’s public areas.
Keep your pet out of the fitness center, restaurant, and bar.
Prevent noise or any other disturbance by a pet. If noise or a disturbance occurs, an owner must make arrangements for the pet to be housed elsewhere.
Traveler's checks are accepted with proper identification.
We are pleased to provide check cashing services to guests with valid identification for up to $200 per stay. Platinum Starwood Preferred Guests may cash up to $300 per stay.
We are pleased to accept cash, certified check, or any major credit card for payment; however, a valid credit card is required at check-in. All services must be paid for at the time the service is rendered or upon check-out.
To arrange payment with a third-party credit card, please contact the hotel directly at least 48 hours prior to guest’s arrival.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
