In keeping with our Breathe Westin® program, we are pleased to offer guests a 100% smoke-free experience during their stay with us. Guests who smoke in a guest room or suite are subject to a $350 cleaning fee so that the room may be refreshed for the next guest.
Westin has gone to the dogs. We welcome your canine companion (up to 40 pounds) and offer your pet the use of a Heavenly® Dog Bed and water and food bowls. A waiver must be completed at the front desk upon check-in and pets may not be left unattended in the guest room.
Purchase Order Acceptance Policy
Purchase orders are accepted with approved direct billing through the hotel accounting office.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Luxury Suites must be reserved directly through the hotel by calling (317) 231-3911 during business hours.
Credit Card Policy
Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the full stay amount, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
A valid photo identification is required at check-in.

Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room plus tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date. Guests may be able to change their departure date without penalty at the time of check-in, depending on the terms of the rate which they have reserved.
Alcoholic beverage sale and service is restricted to those 21 years of age and older, with valid identification.
Early Arrival Policy
We are happy to accommodate early arrivals, subject to availability at check-in. Certain room type requests may not be available prior to 3pm EST.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Package Handling Policy
The onsite FedEx Office handles all incoming and outgoing packages and assesses all related fees. The Inbound Shipping Form includes the fee schedule and how to properly address packages. Please contact the center at (317) 917-1529 or firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the form by email.
Check cashing service is only available to Platinum members who present a valid, major credit card and photo identification. There is a limit of 200 USD per day.
Hotel does not offer a waitlist.
Extra Bedding Policy
Heavenly Rollaway Beds are offered on a complimentary basis, subject to availability, in guest rooms with a king-sized bed. Unfortunately, guest rooms with two double beds cannot accommodate a rollaway bed.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout requests may be made directly with the hotel and are subject to availability. A $50 fee plus tax may be imposed on guests checking out past 1pm. If staying past 5pm on your day of checkout, a fee of one night's room plus tax will apply.
The hotel maintains a strict noise control policy. We expect each of our guests to be able to enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment while staying with us. Noise complaints may result in eviction from the hotel.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
The hotel offers 24 guest rooms that are ADA compliant. Please contact the hotel directly to reserve one of these rooms.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel has a limited number of connecting guest rooms and is unable to confirm availability until day of arrival at the front desk. Please request connecting rooms while making your reservation.
Age Requirement Policy
