An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date. Guests will be asked to confirm their departure date upon check-in. Guests may be able to change their departure date without penalty at the time of check-in, depending on the terms of the rate which they have reserved. Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are based on availability and must be requested prior to arrival. The hotel offers connecting rooms in king-to-double/double configurations.
Third party credit card authorization form must be signed and submitted at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Please contact our Whatever/Whenever concierge for further information.
Late Checkout Policy
A fee for late check out will be billed for all check-outs after noon:
Until 2pm - 25% of room rate plus tax.
Until 6pm - 50% of room rate plus tax.
After 6pm - 100% of room rate plus tax.
All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues after three warnings, guests may be asked to vacate the hotel at management's discretion.
Parties are not allowed in guest rooms. We ask that non-registered guests curtail their visits by 11pm to ensure quiet for all of our guests. If you are interested in hosting a part or entertaining during your stay, please contact our sales department.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.

Early Arrival Policy
Check-in time from June through August is at 4pm. From September through May, guests can check-in at 3pm.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 400 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. Guests under 21 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
