Gift Certificate Policy
We are pleased to accept gift certificates and will do our best to accommodate requested dates for redemption. To redeem a gift certificate reservation, please contact the Reservations Manager directly.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and/or proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
The hotel is delighted to welcome pets (25 pounds or less). Please advise that you will be bringing a pet when making your reservation. Guests are required to sign a liability waiver at check-in. A non-refundable deep cleaning fee of 75 USD per pet, per stay applies in addition to a 25 USD daily cleaning fee.
Dogs are required to stay on leash in public spaces, and in a kennel if left unattended in a guest room. Pets are not permitted in the hotel's meeting rooms and restaurants.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late checkouts until 1pm on a complimentary basis, if available. For departures after 1pm, a fee of 50 USD for every hour between 1pm and 4pm will apply. After 4pm, a full night's room rate will be charged.
We regret that checks are not accepted as a method of payment.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel is pleased to offer connecting rooms upon availability. Connecting rooms cannot be guaranteed at the time of booking.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
We are pleased to offer professional babysitting and childcare services for children of all ages. A minimum of 24 hours’ advance notice and a 4-hour service commitment is required. Please allow the Concierge to assist you.
Tax Exempt Policy
Guest must provide appropriate ID and documents for tax exemption.
Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to guarantee early arrival. Please make your request as early as possible to ensure availability. Guests who arrive prior to check-in time may store their luggage and use the facilities until their accommodation becomes available.
Early Departure Policy
We are pleased to accommodate early departures upon request. A fee of one night’s room and tax apply if guest’s departure is prior to their originally scheduled departure date.
We regret that smoking is not allowed in any guest room or public area of the hotel. Please note that a cleaning fee of 250 USD will be charged for smoking in a guest room.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to offer rollaway beds, upon request, for a nightly fee. Cribs are available at no charge. Please note that some rooms do not allow rollaway beds per the City of Chicago fire code.
Guests are required to dress in appropriate attire (shirts, pants, and shoes) in public areas.
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
The Credit/Debit card holder must be present at check-in, otherwise, a credit card authorization form must be submitted. To request an authorization form, please contact the hotel directly.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
