Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee is imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Guests can change the date of departure until midnight on the arrival date. After midnight, a fee equal to one night’s room and tax will be imposed. Please contact the hotel for further information.
For payment arrangements by a third party credit card, please contact the hotel directly at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
Pets up to 80 pounds are allowed. Guests must sign a waiver upon check-in. A $75 refundable deposit is also taken upon check-in.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. All of the ADA rooms have hand rails, lowered sinks, raised toilet seats, and roll-in showers.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues after three warnings, guests may be asked to vacate the hotel at management's discretion.
Parties in guest rooms are not allowed. We ask that non-registered guests curtail their visits by 11pm to ensure quiet for all of our guests. If you are interested in hosting a party of entertaining during your stay, please contact our Sales Department. Fitness center privileges are for registered guests only. Noise is expected to be kept to a minimum at all times.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid photo identification. There is a limit of $50 per day and $250 per stay.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel.
