Check cashing services are available to Starwood Preferred Guest members who present valid identification. There is a limit of 100 USD per day.
State law prohibits us from allowing outside alcohol on the premises. Any liquor brought into the hotel by guests will be kept at the front desk until checkout. We reserve the right to search luggage and bags if a guest is suspected of carrying alcohol.
If you are interested in hosting a post-hospitality event, please coordinate with our catering manager to have the event held in a private function room. Alcohol must be purchased through the hotel and is restricted to those 21 years of age or older with valid ID.
We welcome canine companions of up to 70 pounds. Dogs must be leashed at all times and cannot be left alone in the guest room. Guests are required to sign a pet waiver form and a fee of 200 USD will be charged to guests if there is any damage to their room.

In keeping with our Breathe Westin™ initiative, all guest rooms, public areas, and meeting rooms are designated as non-smoking. Guests who smoke in their room will be charged a 250 USD cleaning fee. Designated smoking areas are located outdoors.

Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
We do not advocate or promote parties in guest rooms or suites. Should we receive a noise complaint, guests will receive a warning from our staff. If there is still an issue, guests may be asked to leave.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Early Departure Policy
Departure dates are confirmed upon check-in. An early departure fee of one night's room rate will apply for guests who check out prior to their confirmed departure date.
Late Checkout Policy
There is a 50 USD fee for late checkouts up to 4pm. Guests will be charged an additional night's rate for checkouts after 4pm.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Early Arrival Policy
We offer early arrivals free of charge, based on availability. A request may be made when reserving a room but cannot be verified until the day of check-in. For a guaranteed early check-in, we can block the room one day before and apply one night's fee based on the quoted room rate.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel offers a limited number of connecting rooms in King-to-Double/Double and Suite-to-Double/Double configurations. Please request connecting rooms in advance as they are subject to availability.
The hotel is compliant with ADA and offers ADA Accessible Rooms. All Accessible rooms have grab bars, raised safes for accessibility, and lowered key holes and shelves. TTY devices are available. Some also have a roll-in shower.
