Children 12 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool.
Early Arrival Policy
Guests should request early arrival when making reservations. Requests will be accommodated based upon availability.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. Smoking is only permitted when at least 20 feet away from any entrances.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Please be advised that a "Hold of Funds" will be placed on the account when doing transactions with the hotel. "Authorization Holds" may take several days to be released by the guest's financial institution.
Check Acceptance Policy
Personal Checks are not accepted as payment for guestroom reservations. Personal checks can be used for Meeting or Catering Services but must be received at least 10 days prior to the event. Business checks are accepted for any hotel services.
Tax Exempt Policy
Tax Exemption Certificates must be received prior to check in or prior to the special event date. Payment must match the Exemption Certificate in order to take the tax off of the hotel bill.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Guests should wear pants, shirts and shoes throughout the hotel. Appropriate swimming apparrel is required around the pool. Restaurants can deny service if dress code is not followed.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a guest room or meeting space.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Hotel does not offer a waitlist.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Package Handling Policy
All Packages are to be received at the front desk. When sending packages to a guest; please clearly include their first and last name on the label. All packages will be logged and guests will need to show ID and sign for all materials. Large packages for meetings should be pre-arranged through the Sales & Catering Department prior to the event.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification. No outside alcohol is allowed in the restaurants or convention center.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly. Gift Certificates must be used before the expiration date and carry no cash value.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts will be extended based upon availability. Any late checkout past 2pm will incur an additional fee equaling half the daily rate. Checkouts past 5pm will incur a full day fee.
Dogs and cats less than 30 pounds are allowed. A non-refundable $25 fee per pet per night will apply. Pets must be in a kennel when guests are not in the room or when housekeeping is providing cleaning services. Pets must be on a leash when in public spaces or the exterior areas of the hotel. There will be an additional fee if the pet causes any damage.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting Rooms are available and must be requested at the time of the reservation. This will be treated as a request and are subject to availability at check-in.
Noise disturbances to other guests or hotel associates will not be tolerated. Hotel security or management will give disruptive guests one warning. If the problem continues, the guest will be asked to leave the property and given no refund. Any cost incurred by the hotel will be charged to the guest that causes the incident.
