Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid driver’s license or passport).

In an effort to create a peaceful environment for all guests, parties of any kind are not permitted in accommodations. A maximum of four people is permitted in a guest room at any time, and a maximum of eight people is permitted in a suite. Noise complaints are taken very seriously and may result in eviction without compensation. Any compensation given to a guest disturbed by you or your guests may be charged to your account at the hotel’s discretion.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night’s room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date. Guests will be asked to confirm their departure date upon check-in. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.
Extra Bedding Policy
Extra bed(s) can not be added to any guest room at the hotel.
Cats and dogs weighing 40 pounds or less are allowed at the hotel and are welcomed with a treat. Guests must sign a waiver at check-in. There is a non-refundable 100 USD cleaning fee regardless of the length of stay.

To arrange a payment for a reservation, please contact Reservations at (1)(504) 681-5497 to provide credit card details. If paying by check, the hotel must receive the check at least 14 days prior to the reservation arrival date. After normal business hours, please email your contact details to email@example.com, and a Reservations department member will contact you.
The hotel is 100% smoke-free. There are designated smoking areas outside of the building. A cleaning fee of 200 USD per day will be charged to a guest’s account should smoking occur anywhere outside the designated smoking areas.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges. Authorization hold starts at room and tax plus 20% for incidentals, with increases based on length of stay and spending patterns. There is a minimum hold of 150 USD for pre-paid/third party reservations.
