Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available upon request. For TDD equipment or wheelchair needs, please contact the front office or concierge directly.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly. The gift certificate must be presented at check-in.
Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed, if a pet-friendly room or suite is available at the time of reservation. We reserve the right to charge a guest’s credit card for any repairs or excessive cleaning.
We are happy to accept valid credit cards and checks, with the proper form of identification. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash as a method of payment.
For 3rd party pre-payment charges we accept credit card authorization forms by fax or email. Full credit card information, including security code, is required at the time of reservation.
We ask that our guests respect each other by refraining from loud noises or disturbances. We reserve the right to evict without refund any guest not adhering to this policy.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout requests are subject to availability. A fee of 75 USD will be imposed on guests checking out past the provided checkout time. Platinum and Gold Starwood Preferred Guests may be granted a 4:00pm checkout at no charge based on availability. Please contact the hotel for further information.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and/or proof of age card. Additionally, a valid credit card will also be required at check-in.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (12 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
