Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve and check-in to a room.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.

Due to safety concerns, microwaves are not allowed in guest rooms.
Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed in guest rooms.
Checks are not accepted as a method of payment at check-in.
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid American Express, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, or driver's license. There is a limit of $200 per stay.

Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (12 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Extra Bedding Policy
Extra bedding and rollaway beds are not allowed in any room in the hotel. King and queen bedded rooms have maximum occupancy of 2 adults.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment of the room, taxes, and incidentals. If a guest is paying cash, a deposit equal to room rate, taxes, and $75 per day will be collected at check-in.

Food and beverage credit is per day, and cannot be accumulated for multi-day stays. Club Lounge credit is for beverages only; Platinum status or upgrade required for access to Club Lounge. Tax not included.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution, and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
For the convenience of our Chinese guests, we accept the UnionPay Card.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date. Guests will be asked to confirm their departure date upon check-in. Modifications on the length of stay are subject to rate variations.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
