Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount no less than 50 USD and up to 22% of the expected room and tax costs to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution. The hotel is not responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed. No other pets are permitted. A 50 USD non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged. Pets are not allowed in suites and are only permitted in Traditional King and Double room types. Owners must sign a waiver at check-in and are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning required. Dogs must be leashed at all times and are not permitted in dining and recreation areas. Dogs may not be left unattended in the guestroom. Guests must be in their guestroom in order to receive housekeeping services.
Parties in guest rooms are not allowed. We ask that non-registered guests curtail their visits by 11pm to ensure quiet for all or our guests. Noise is expected to be kept to a minimum at all times.

Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
