A room with a king-size bed can accommodate a rollaway bed, which incurs a fee and is subject to availability. A room with two double beds cannot accommodate a rollaway bed.

Late checkout until 4pm can be requested subject to availability. A fee of 50 CAD will apply if late checkout is confirmed.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 19 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

A valid credit card is required at check-in, and the cardholder must be present with valid photo identification. Debit or cash payments are accepted for payment at the time of checkout.
The hotel does not accept personal checks or credit card authorization forms for third-party payments of individual bookings.

Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of 75 CAD will be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older with valid photo ID.
Early Arrival Policy
Standard check-in time is 3pm. Early arrivals are accommodated based on availability for a fee of 50 CAD.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are not available.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available upon request but are not guaranteed prior to check-in. Please submit request at the time of reservation or contact the hotel prior to your arrival to submit your request.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
A maximum of two pets are permitted in a guest room. Cats and dogs weighing up to 40 pounds are allowed. At check-in, a guest must sign a waiver stipulating that pets cannot be left alone in a guest room. Pets are not allowed in food and drink areas. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning caused by a pet.

Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
