Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.

Early Arrival Policy
While we are unable to guarantee early check-in, we will do our best to accommodate requests based on availability. If early check-in is not available, we will be happy to store luggage and personal items until the room is ready.
A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must complete a credit card authorization form prior to the guest’s arrival. Credit card authorization forms can be obtained directly from the hotel. Please contact the hotel via telephone or email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange payment.

Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
To help ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, please maintain a noise level that does not disturb others. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest’s room. Continued disturbances may result in a request to vacate the hotel. Photography sessions can be booked at the hotel for a fee. Any photo shoot requests should be directed to the catering department at (1)(210) 354-9244.
The hotel permits dogs that weigh up to 40 pounds, and provides a dog bed, a bowl, a mat, and a pet welcome kit. A pet owner must sign a liability waiver at check-in and will be responsible for any damage repairs, additional cleaning, and compensation to any other guests as caused by your pet.
All dogs must be on leashes or in carriers while in public areas. Dogs are not allowed in the Fitness Center. An owner must accompany a dog while any hotel associate is in your guest room, and housekeeping service must be scheduled when an owner and pet will be outside of the guest room. Owners must also prevent noise and other disturbances to other hotel guests.
Late Checkout Policy
For late checkouts after 3pm, a fee of one night will be charged. All late checkouts are subject to availability. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel is pleased to offer connecting rooms for your convenience. Connecting rooms cannot be guaranteed due to limited availability. Based on availability the hotel can arrange either two connecting king rooms or a king room connecting to a room with two queen beds. Please make your request as early as possible to ensure availability.
Extra Bedding Policy
Extra bedding is allowed in select rooms for an additional fee. Please contact the hotel for further information.
ID Requirement Policy
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Private parties are not allowed in guest rooms or suites unless previously booked through our on-site catering team. A deposit may be required for any suite booking. Please contact the catering team at (210) 354-9243 or email@example.com for further information and to reserve.
Early Departure Policy
Please be advised that a fee of one night's room rate plus taxes will apply to all early departures.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
